75 cl Champagne
30 cl Madeira
12.5 cl Cognac
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Lemons
Mixing Instruction
Add madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons (washed and halved) to a large jug. Mix until sugar dissolves, and chill for 2 - 3 hours. Add the champagne, and serve in wine glasses.
