1 lb Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 lb Condensed Milk
1 - 6 oz Coffeemate
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Mixing Instruction
Combine sugar and cocoa, add milk and a dash of salt. Makes 8 servings. For 1 serving place 1/3 cup dry mixture in cup, add boiling water and stir.
