1.5 oz. Brandy
2 Mint Sprig
1 tbs. Sugar Syrup
3 oz. Dry Sparkling White Wine
Mixing Instruction
Crush one sprig of mint in sugar syrup in a champagne glass. Fill glass with crushed ice. Add brandy, then sparkling wine. Stir gently.
