2 cl. Licor 43
2 cl. Blueberry soup (warm)
Mixing Instruction
This is obviously a hot shot, named after an old swedish cross-country skiing legend. I don't know if the ingredients are known outside of Sweden. Start with Liquer 43. Use a table spoon for adding warm bluberry soup to keep the layers separated. Top it with whipped cream. There also exists another variant with Galliano instead of Liquer 43 and it's named Gunde Svan after a more recent swedish cross-country skier.
