1/4 oz Citrus vodka (Ketel 1)
1/4 oz fresh Lemon juice
1/4 oz Cointreau
1/4 oz Sugar syrup
1 drop Orange-flower water
Fill with Champagne (Sumaroca)
Mixing Instruction
Fill shaker to the top with ice, add first five ingredients and shake. Strain into a frozen coctail glass, fill to the brim with champagne and add a long twist of fresh orange peel
