Ingredients
2 oz. Rum
1 tsp. Sugar
0.5 Juice of Lemon
2 oz. Carbonated Water
Mixing Instruction
Into collins glass, put the juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1 tsp. powdered sugar, and 2 oz carbonated water. Stir. Then fill glass with cracked ice and add 2 oz. of light rum. Fill with carbonated water or ginger ale and stir again. Add spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass.
