4 Whipped Cream
0.25 Gal. Vanilla Ice Cream
Mixing Instruction
In a blender combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup of toasted shredded coconut. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with more toasted shredded coconut. Enjoy. Makes approximately 3 servings.
